Simple, welcoming & pleasant service. Nice terrace seating outside facing the Fjord. Clean & comfortable and our group of 5 who all had mostly different lunchtime meals were very satisfied with the speed and quality of lunch.

We had a warm and sunny late afternoon dinner on the terrace of this sympathetic eatery in mid July of 2025. It is situated on the norther end of the Atlantic road and has a beautiful view of the small archipelago towards the south. I had one of the best authentic fish and chips in a very long time. Good value for money when considering the high costs of eating out in Norway. Highly recommended!

When we were traveling by car from north to south to explore the Atlantic Road, we chose to have lunch at this restaurant with an unbeatable sea view and high reviews. The delicious food and the beautiful view made us very satisfied. We are also very grateful to the perfect and friendly service staffs. We highly recommend fish & chips, fish stewed in tomato sauce with potatoes, and fish soup. We also left some messages on their guest book, hoping that more Asians will visit and enjoy here.

We had heard that this is the world’s best fish‘n‘chips! And, it didn’t disappoint! Very fresh fish, fluffy and flaky. Excellent service and comfortable atmosphere. Whether you’re driving the Atlantic Road and just passing through or spending time in Averøy or Kristiansund, this is a nice stop.
